Use the Gratitude Movement Join link provided by your spa. Enter the same email address you normally use to sign up.

  2. Enter the same email address you normally use.
  3. You only need one account. Please do not create a second account.

2. Create Your Gratitude Movement Profile

Complete your employee profile and add your photo. Your photo helps guests recognize who they are thanking when they scan your personal QR code.

Stripe setup

3. Complete Your Secure Stripe Setup

After signing up, you will receive an email from Stripe, our secure payment partner. Your sensitive banking information is entered directly with Stripe—not with Gratitude Movement.

  1. Open the Stripe email and follow the instructions to complete your banking and identity information directly with Stripe.
  2. Continue until Stripe confirms that your setup is complete.

Get approved

4. Gratitude Movement Activates Your Profile

Once your Stripe setup is complete, Gratitude Movement connects your completed profile to the spa. You will then be ready to receive digital gratuities through the system.

  1. Wait for Gratitude Movement to connect your completed profile to the spa.
  2. You do not need to create another account.

5. Receive Your Personal QR Code

Once everything is complete, Gratitude Movement provides you with your personal QR code with your photo.

Guests can scan your QR code to:

  • Say Thank You
  • Recognize you personally
  • Leave an optional digital gratuity
